- You must submit your application at least 8 weeks prior to the event
- If you apply every year, your annual application must be in by November 10th each year
- If your application is successful it must be noted in your annual accounts
- Please check to ensure that all relevant documentation has been enclosed, post to (Town Clerk, Caernarfon Royal Town Council,
LL55 1AS) or scan and send through e-mail to (firstname.lastname@example.org)
You will need to enclose
(a) Latest Annual Accounts?
(b) Latest Bank Statement?
(c) Position in organisation
Special events please send

(b) Details of any anticipated income
